Residential projects
Most of our residential work is window replacement in apartments and new glazing for private homes. Clients bring up noise reduction first, then energy savings once the first cold season passes. One apartment owner in Bupyeong-gu replaced all windows with our triple-pane system and noticed street noise dropped to almost nothing. A homeowner in Songdo installed a wide lift-and-slide opening to the terrace and was happy with the flush floor track, though lead time ran a bit longer than originally quoted. Another client wanted corner glazing for a penthouse, with two glass walls meeting at 90 degrees and no visible post. Most companies turned it down at those dimensions, but we managed it with a structural silicone joint. The view is unobstructed now.

Commercial and public buildings
Commercial projects are where engineering detail matters most. For one office building in Yeonsu-gu, we ran separate thermal simulations for the south and west facades and used different glass compositions on each. The HVAC team confirmed cooling loads came in below their model. A dental clinic in Namdong-gu had old single-glazed aluminum from the 1990s that let in cold air and street noise. After switching to triple-pane thermal-break frames, the heating bill dropped noticeably and patients started commenting on how quiet the waiting area became. The crew scheduled work around clinic hours. We also did a small hotel facade in Jung-gu with a custom bronze RAL finish, producing sample panels for daylight comparison before committing to the full production run.

Specialty and coastal work
Some projects don't fit standard categories. A house on Ganghwa-do needed windows rated for coastal wind, so we used heavier-gauge profiles and impact-rated glass on the seaward side while keeping regular specs for the sheltered side. After multiple storm seasons, no leaks or rattling. A bakery in Namdong-gu had a different problem: the shopfront windows fogged every morning from oven heat, blocking the display case. We installed units with a heated inner pane that keeps the glass surface above the dew point. The windows stay clear even on the coldest mornings. The crew also resealed the door threshold without being asked, because they noticed it was drafty. These smaller jobs are the ones that tend to bring in referrals. Most new residential clients heard about us from a neighbor.
