Effective: January 2026

Marilabakoren operates marilabakoren.com from 971 Gyeongwon-daero, Namdong-gu, Incheon, South Korea. This policy covers what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

When you submit a form, place an order, or request a quote, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, address, and project details. Our server automatically logs your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. See our Cookies Policy for cookie specifics.

How we use your data

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, process orders, schedule measurements, and send order updates. Server logs help us monitor performance and spot abuse. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share limited information with shipping carriers, payment processors, and installation subcontractors only as needed for their specific task. Each party gets only the data required for their work.

Retention and security

Order records are kept for the duration of the warranty period plus applicable tax retention requirements. Contact form submissions not tied to an order are deleted after 12 months. Data is stored on servers in South Korea, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it for their work.

Your rights

Under Korean data protection law and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to legal retention), and opt out of marketing. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell personal information. You may use an authorized agent. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date above shows the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
