These Terms and Conditions govern your use of marilabakoren.com and any purchase from Marilabakoren, located at 971 Gyeongwon-daero, Namdong-gu, Incheon, South Korea. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in South Korean Won and include VAT. Custom glazing and facade prices are calculated from your measurements and specifications. Quotes remain valid for 30 calendar days. We may adjust pricing if material costs shift significantly between the quote date and order confirmation. Orders are confirmed after we receive a signed specification sheet and a deposit.

Warranties and liability

Window systems are warranted against seal failure, gas leakage, and hardware defects under normal use. Aluminum facade panels are warranted against structural deformation. Damage from third-party installation, physical impact, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines is excluded. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Delivery and installation

Lead times depend on product type and customization and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays from force majeure, supplier shortages, or permit issues do not constitute a breach. Installation scheduling depends on weather and site readiness. The customer must ensure the site meets structural requirements from our pre-installation checklist.

Cancellations and returns

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned. Standard catalogue items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee. Cancellations after production starts incur material costs plus a portion of the remaining order value.

Governing law
